Insurance defense litigation, including but not limited to professional liability defense for physicians, hospitals and other health care providers, attorneys, real estate brokers and accountants; automobile accidents; products liability; premises liability; workers' compensation; appeals; and other areas of general tort litigation.
Construction defect, representing general contractors, subcontractors, engineers and architects in disputes relating to construction defect, contract, billing, substantial completion and subrogation.
Insurance Law, including coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions and defense of insurers in bad faith and other first party claims.
Employment law, representing issues facing employers, including defense of civil rights claims (1981, 1983 and 1985), discrimination claims, wrongful terminations, Fair Labor Standard Act claims and providing counsel to employers on litigation avoidance, employee handbooks and employee relations.

Real estate law, including land-use planning, condemnation/eminent domain, annexation, zoning, subdivision, site development plan approvals, title disputes and real estate and loan closings, and governmental hearings, and representations of licensed real estate salespersons and brokers.
Municipal law on behalf of public and private interests, including but not limited to advising local public bodies and officials, municipal prosecutions, condemnation and annexation actions, drafting and codification of ordinances, lobbying, procurement and municipal property matters.

Oil and gas law litigation, including, but not limited to, down hole failures, inadequate casing, explosion and fire injuries and death, refinery explosions, and injuries and deaths from service related activities.
