Christopher P. Winters
Christopher P. Winters graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science. After graduation, he worked for two years as a paralegal at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City. Mr. Winters attended the University of Kansas School of Law and graduated in May 2009 with his Juris Doctor.
During law school, Mr. Winters served as an Articles Editor for the Kansas Law Review. As a member of the Law Review, Mr. Winters wrote a student comment which was published in January 2009. Mr. Winters also interned for the Honorable Dale L. Somers of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas, and clerked at a general litigation firm in Kansas City, Missouri.
Mr. Winters joined Allen, Shepherd, Lewis, Syra & Chapman, P.A. after his admission to the New Mexico State Bar in September 2009. His practice is concentrated in the area of insurance defense litigation.
