Adam Tate graduated from Arizona State University in 2004 with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. In 2009 he received his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Tate interned with the County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona and clerked for a civil litigation firm in Lubbock, Texas.

Mr. Tate joined Allen, Shepherd, Lewis, Syra & Chapman, P.A. after his admission to the New Mexico State Bar in 2009. He practices in the areas of insurance defense and general litigation.
