Brandee R. Lynch graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with degrees in Political Science and History. Ms. Lynch attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and received her Juris Doctorate in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Lynch served as an active member of the Moot Court team and clerked in the public and private legal sectors for the United States Navy JAG, the Utah Attorney General’s Office, the Third District Judicial Court, and a medium-sized insurance defense firm.

Ms. Lynch joined Hatch, Allen and Shepherd, P.A. in 2008 and was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in September 2008. Ms. Lynch is admitted to practice in all New Mexico State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Ms. Lynch’s practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, employment law, and workers compensation.
