Ms. Keating attended and graduated from the University of North Texas in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. She attended and graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007 with her Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, Ms. Keating was the Technology Editor of the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal. Ms. Keating was named a member of Phi Kappa Phi and worked as a clerk for a law firm in Lubbock, Texas that specialized in business transactions and civil litigation.

Ms. Keating was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico and joined Allen, Shepherd, Lewis, Syra & Chapman, P.A. in 2008. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007 and practiced at a national insurance defense law firm in Dallas until 2008.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Keating worked in the Human Resources field for four years for a national advertising agency conglomerate. She served as a Recruiter for entry to director-level positions and as an employee relations liaison for employees and management during her tenure with the agency.

Ms. Keating’s practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law and insurance defense.
