Ms. Charlebois received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2001. While in law school Ms. Charlebois was on the Dean’s List, competed as a member of the College of Law’s mediation competition team and clerked for a civil litigation firm specializing in products liability.

Ms. Charlebois was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2001 and the State Bar of Texas in 2002. She joined the Firm of Allen, Shepherd, Lewis, Syra & Chapman, P.A. in April of 2004 and became a shareholder in December 2007. Ms. Charlebois is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico and Texas. She was admitted to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in October 2001 and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico in March 2002. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Prior to law school Ms. Charlebois worked in the field of voluntary health management, serving as the president, CEO and executive director for the local chapter of two national non-profit health management agencies. Her responsibilities included contract negotiation, corporate compliance, risk assessment and business development.

Ms. Charlebois practices in the areas of construction defects, wrongful death, products liability, carbon monoxide and mold exposure, dental malpractice and personal injury.
