Jared Bylund is a graduate of Utah Valley University, class of 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, emphasis is Finance and Banking. While in his undergraduate program, he worked in the commercial construction industry. Mr. Bylund graduated from Texas Tech School of Law with his Juris Doctorate in May 2008. Mr. Bylund’s studies included serving as managing editor of the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal. While in Law School, Mr. Bylund clerked for the law firm of McWhorter, Cobb & Johnson. In addition, Mr. Bylund gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate sector as an inspector of commercial buildings for various national lenders.

Mr. Bylund joined Hatch, Allen & Shepherd in the Summer of 2008, and was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in September 2008. Mr. Bylund is a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Bylund practices in the areas of insurance defense, construction law, real estate and general litigation.
